My Story

Like many male dancers, I started in ballet because my sisters danced.  It didn’t take long, however, for me to realize what a great combination of athletics and art ballet was.  When I was about 10 years old, my sister found CBC and so began my training.  Stuart Carroll and Sharon Newton were a perfect combination together.  It is because of their instruction, nurturing, and occasional pushes, that I was able to become a profession dancer.  I am now a Corps De Ballet member with the Texas Ballet Theater under the directorship of Ben Stevenson.  I have Mr. Carroll and Mrs. Newton to thank for the many opportunities I have had thus far in my career.  They built a foundation for me in classical ballet, and I would not be where I am with out them.  They are truly one of a kind.
